You develop software with real social added value and work on central solutions for secure, digital data exchange in the Swiss healthcare system. Our partner company has been an established IT service provider for over 30 years and acts as a technical hub between service providers and cost bearers.

Your Challenge

• Development and operation of new functionalities for a central integration platform in the Swiss healthcare system based on a containerized technology stack
• Fullstack development: Backend with Java EE / Quarkus, Frontend with React
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary Scrum teams in the analysis and implementation of business requirements
• Participation in architectural decisions and technological further development (e.g. OpenShift, Microservices, Messaging)
• Ensuring code quality and maintainability through testing, code reviews, and clean code principles
• Supporting the team in knowledge transfer and technical standards

Your Qualities and Talents

• Degree in Computer Science (FH/Uni) or comparable education
• Several years of experience as a software developer in a Java environment, ideally combined with modern web technologies (e.g. React, Angular)
• Know-how in working with containerized microservices (Docker, Kubernetes), OpenShift experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Clean Code, and testing methods (e.g. JUnit, Mockito)
• Team-oriented personality with a high degree of personal responsibility and quality standards
• Very good German and English skills complete your profile
