Our tech team plays a key role in this mission, with a strong focus on automation, smart user experiences and advanced AI systems. We're building the foundation for a new kind of service platform.

To strengthen our team, we're looking for versatile software engineers who thrive in a modern TypeScript environment and enjoy taking end‑to‑end responsibility-from idea to release.

Tasks

• Focus on developing & maintaining Next.js frontends
• Migrate legacy apps, prototypes & experiments from no‑code tools such as WeWeb/Retool
• Contribute to backend services (Nest.js, Python)
• Deliver full‑stack features end‑to‑end
• Own problems across their lifecycle: from idea through specifications to development, testing, release, monitoring and improvements
• Proactively manage stakeholder relationships across operations, business, sales and marketing
• Engage in a collaborative fast‑moving team environment for code reviews and design discussions
• Work closely with and receive frequent feedback from the CTO and the rest of the engineering team

Requirements

We know-sometimes, you can't tick every box, but we would still love to hear from you if you think you're a good fit.

• 2-5 years of experience working within the TypeScript ecosystem
• Solid hands‑on experience with Next.js
• Strong focus on code quality-you write highly maintainable, well‑tested software
• Good eye for design: even without a Figma file you're comfortable crafting beautiful GUIs that look and feel right.
• You care about the small things and are ready to sweat the details.
• Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs and integrating third‑party services
• AI is more than just a buzzword for you.
• Using Windsurf, Cursor or other agentic code editors is a no‑brainer and you continuously look to accelerate your development work by using LLMs and agents.
• You are a builder at heart and a natural problem‑solver who enjoys figuring things out.
• You thrive when building, scaling and iterating quickly and you're capable of working autonomously.
• Clear communication is something you strive for. Meeting notes, explaining complex topics and reliable coordination are not uncommon to you.
• Experience with a subset of the following is considered a plus: TDD, DDD, MongoDB, Vercel & AWS
• We consider candidates who are willing to work in our Zurich office by default.
• Your application will be considered only if you are based in the Zurich area or willing to relocate with EU/EFTA citizenship.
