Mission & Impact

• Our system defines what insurance coverage (health or life & disability) our members get, with a high level of customization.
• We equip our sales team with tools to craft offers, price them, and contractualise them in one go, and power our self‑serve subscription flow.
• Over time, we manage contract lifecycles, ensuring they stay up‑to‑date with legal requirements, responsible consumption best practices, and maintain equilibrium in loss ratio.

What You’ll Build and Who You’ll Work With

• Next‑Gen Healthcare Framework – Support 4 countries (and more to come) and multiple products (insurance and other healthcare products) with a single system. Build the contract & service stack that will power Alan’s growth for the next 10 years.
• AI‑powered Acquisition Engine – Enable autonomous sales teams assisted by AI to customise coverage, compute pricing, and generate contracts in real‑time, eliminating the need for actuaries and long quote waiting times.
• Automated Renewal System – Automatically review and adjust coverage for the entire portfolio annually, accounting for legal changes, consumption trends, and economic shifts.

You’ll work closely with insurance experts, business specialists, sales teams, and collaborate with other engineering teams across Alan. We’re the bridge between complex regulations and simple user experiences.
