Currently, around 2,500 doctors use our company's services, including practicing physicians, chief physicians, and hospitals. We are your expert for clear, understandable, and legally sound billing according to GOÄ. With almost 100 years of experience, we are well-equipped for the future. Your Tasks

As a Fullstack Software Engineer (gn) in our team:

• You will develop platforms for digitalization in healthcare with us.
• You will design modern, scalable web applications along complex workflows using state-of-the-art technologies in a small team.
• You will work closely with subject matter experts and translate real-world requirements into smart, user-centered software solutions.
• You will contribute your ideas to make complex processes more efficient and transparent using AI, automation, and intelligent rule-based systems.
• You will develop a product with real added value for doctors, patients, and the healthcare system together with a small, effective team.

Your Profile

Professional Requirements

• Experience in software development (min. 3 years), ideally in enterprise software.
• A degree in computer science, training as an IT specialist (gn) (application development), or a comparable qualification forms your foundation – but what you can do practically is more important to us.
• You can confidently develop REST APIs (e.g., with ASP.NET Core or comparable technologies).
• You are comfortable with modern web development (e.g., Angular, React, or similar frameworks).
• You have experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MS SQL Server.
• Git and clean version control are part of your daily routine.
• Ideally, you have already worked with Docker and/or Kubernetes.
• You consider quality from the beginning and have experience with automated tests and meaningful test strategies.
• Initial contact with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure).
• Experience in healthcare or with regulated systems is desirable.

Personal Skills

• Strong process understanding and ability to quickly grasp complex workflows.
• You work independently, structured, and pragmatically – and you like to bring things to completion.
• You have high quality standards without losing sight of speed and pragmatism.
• Team spirit and communication skills in an interdisciplinary environment.
• Language skills: German (min. C1).
