The Team You’re Joining

The team of 6 engineers builds tools for frontline workers, including Form solutions, Task management, and Automated Workflows. It is international and cross-functional, collaborating with PM in Lyon, EM in Switzerland, and engineers in Krakow, supported by QA and Design.

What You’ll Do

• Fullstack Development: Design and maintain end-to-end features focusing on Backend (Java/Python) and Frontend (Vue.js).
• Technical Ownership: Responsible for features from architecture to operational support including on-call rotations.
• Collaboration & Impact: Work with Customer Success Managers and peer teams to deliver complex projects.
• Engineering Standards: Ensure scalability with clean, well-tested code; participate in code reviews and architectural decisions.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years in Fullstack development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and/or Python.
• Experience with Vue.js or React.
• Proactive mindset able to discuss technical topics with engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Location: Based in Lyon or Krakow.

Bonus Points

• Exposure to AI/LLM integration or Prompt Engineering.
• Experience building workflow automation or complex task-based systems.
