We are seeking a Functional Analyst as part of a bid process associated with a Statement of Work. This role supporting US Army Combined Arms Support Command Operational Contract Support (OCS) - Support Services focuses on reviewing, analyzing, and documenting processes, requiring a comprehensive understanding of Operational Contract Support (OCS). Position Description

  • Collect, review, analyze, and document OCS observations, lessons (OILS) and best business practices from experimentation, simulations, exercises, assistance visits, training, and ongoing military operations.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with key leaders and staff members regarding observations, insights, OILS and best practices during operations, exercises, and other activities involving OCS.
  • Prepare, conduct and analyze targeted OCS surveys, and provide results to the COR and OCS Division leadership.
  • Review and analyze OILs to identify trends and recommend potential DOTMLPF-P solutions to the COR and OCS Division leadership for implementation on a quarterly basis.
  • Review, analyze, and identify OILS, trends, and best practices with OCS significant to the Joint community, and once approved by the COR and OCS Division leadership create a specific JLLIS cabinet with approved items, and submit to the Joint OCS Lessons Learned Manager via linked JLLIS cabinet annually.
  • Develop learning demands and essential elements of analysis to enable focused collection efforts.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • An ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE is Required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience using the Joint Lessons Learned System (JLLIS).
  • Minimum of six (6) years' experience using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Pro.
  • Minimum of four (4) years' experience in collection, analysis, and trend identification of military operations.
  • Experience in understanding operational contract support (OCS).
