Business Analyst

Must Haves

• Master’s + 1 year OR Bachelor’s + 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience working with admissions or student-centric systems
• Strong process improvement and process creation experience
• Experience gathering functional requirements and understanding system workflows end-to-end
• Experience supporting system implementations or enhancements
• Banner or Banner-adjacent SIS experience
• Experience with ServiceNow and Microsoft Office Suite

Plusses

• ECBA certification
• Direct Banner experience
• Higher education experience

Day-to-Day

We are hiring a Business Analyst to support Enrollment Management systems and student success initiatives. This role is focused on gathering functional requirements, improving business processes, and helping implement new systems and enhancements that support admissions and student-facing operations.

The ideal candidate has experience building processes, shaping requirements, and driving system improvements within student-centered environments.

• Partner with admissions teams to understand workflows and improve processes
• Gather and document business/functional requirements
• Support system implementations and enhancements
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Assist with testing and validation of system changes
• Help intake and prioritize requests through tools like ServiceNow
