We are seeking Business Analysts with strong expertise in Collections & Recovery to support the CRWnp (Collections & Recovery Workbench – next phase) initiative. The role focuses on end-to-end business analysis, process design, and detailed requirement engineering across the full credit lifecycle, supporting scalable solutions within a modern banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end business analysis across Collections & Recovery processes (pre-delinquency, collections, recovery)
- Capture and document business requirements and detailed functional specifications (L3/L4 level)
- Design and optimize business processes across the full collections lifecycle
- Create and maintain process documentation and models (e.g., Adonis)
- Support solution design and align requirements with CRWnp capabilities
- Identify functional gaps and define improvement opportunities
- Define data requirements and business rules (e.g., DPD, segmentation, prioritization)
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders (Collections, Risk), IT teams, and delivery units
- Support UAT preparation, execution, and validation
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking / financial services
- Strong expertise in Collections & Recovery processes
- Experience in requirements engineering and functional specification writing (L3/L4)
- Solid understanding of process modelling and optimization (e.g., Adonis or similar tools)
- Experience working with data requirements and system integrations (loan, CRM, payments)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- German language skills (C1)
Nice to Have
- Experience with collections workbench / debt management platforms
- Knowledge of credit risk and regulatory frameworks
- Experience in large transformation programs
