Key Responsibilities

• Setup and maintain asset records for accurate data management
• Complete daily cash and position reconciliations promptly
• Manage relationships with brokers and custodians
• Prepare diverse reports as required by management
• Support training and development initiatives within the team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA or related Master’s degree advantageous
• Experience in incentive fee calculations and distribution allocations
• Proficient in fund management systems preferred
• Self-starter attitude with excellent organizational skills
