They are seeking a Fund Accounting Manager to serve as a key leader within the finance function, overseeing all fund‑related financial operations and supporting management‑company accounting across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations for multiple alternative investment funds.
- Manage accounting and reporting for 25 fund and management‑company entities.
- Lead quarterly and annual fund reporting, including financial statements and audit processes.
- Handle capital calls, distributions, partner allocations, and compliance‑related financial requirements.
- Support U.S. and U.K. management company accounting, including budgeting and cash flow oversight.
- Enhance financial processes, internal controls, and system efficiency as the firm scales.
- Participate in special projects tied to new funds, restructuring, or international expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting or related field.
- 4‑7 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, or hedge funds.
- Strong technical accounting skills and comfort with complex multi‑entity structures.
- High proficiency with Excel and strong overall technical aptitude.
