About You

• Brings 4 to 8 years of focused long/short equity investing experience, preferably in market neutral or low net environments, with a history of generating differentiated single name ideas across a clearly defined coverage list.
• Uses a repeatable research and portfolio construction framework, relying on tools such as rankings, valuation work, target prices, scoring systems or comparable methods to create a consistent decision making edge.
• Maintains a high level of technical rigor, including ownership of detailed models across the full universe covered, alongside a deep understanding of the companies, sectors and key drivers in scope.
• Combines intellectual curiosity, persistence, discipline and high personal standards with a collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in building strong internal relationships.
