About the Program

The program is built on the JYSK DNA: our values, our leadership vision, key in-store management tools, talent development, and recruitment. No useless theory: at JYSK, we focus on 80% practice and 20% theory. You learn by doing, close to the action.

On the agenda:

  • A week of training at a dedicated center, exclusively for your group.
  • Five one-week modules, combining useful theory, practical case studies, role-playing, small group exercises, community living, and fun activities.
  • Field periods between each module, supervised by a Store Manager who supports your progress.
  • A final presentation where you showcase everything you've learned and what you're ready to implement.
  • An intensive, practical, and collective journey designed to transform you into a true store leader.
