As our Growth Product Engineer, you will prototype, design, and develop app and website improvements that turn standard interfaces into intuitive, engaging adventures. You are the bridge between "high-level vision" and "working code," leveraging AI‑augmented workflows to build at a velocity that traditional engineers can’t touch.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Visionary Product Engineering
- Design-First Execution:
Use your intuition to build "punchy" and "sexy" flows. You don’t need a 20‑page PRD to know what feels like a world‑class game. - End-to-End Ownership:
Design user flows in Figma and bring them to life in React Native and PHP (Codeigniter). - Gameplay Innovation:
Create and refine new game mechanics that drive long‑term engagement and make the app feel alive.
2. High-Velocity A/B Testing & Optimization
- The Loop:
Proactively identify at least 3 "leaking" points in our conversion funnels per month and implement autonomous fixes. - Weekly Cadence:
Research, design, and launch A/B tests across the app and web to optimize conversion and user retention. - Data-Driven Iteration:
Analyze test results and iterate immediately. You understand conversion psychology and how to design for specific customer personas.
3. Strategic Building & AI Mastery
- AI-Augmented Dev:
Leverage Cursor, Claude, and Codex to "self‑heal" code, refactor directories, and prototype complex features 7x faster than a standard dev process. - Sprint to Success:
Take a feature from "whiteboard" to "live" within a single sprint. - Stability:
Proactively identify UX pain points and squash bugs to ensure a seamless adventure for our users.
Key Competencies & Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years as a Product Engineer or Web Developer with a strong portfolio of past work.
- Design Mastery: Ability to create stunning, logical user interfaces in Figma from scratch.
- The "Visionary" Filter: The ability to translate abstract goals into concrete, testable UI/UX improvements.
- AI Expert: You are a power user of AI code generation and prompt engineering. You use AI to multiply your output, not just as a spell‑checker.
