Activities

• Independent management of construction sites
• Project management including planning, execution, and billing
• Leadership and development of employees and apprentices
• Contact person for customers, construction management, and suppliers
• Participation in offers, acquisition, and work preparation
• Administrative project tasks (reports, materials, post-calculation)
• Active shaping of structures, processes, and standards
• Gradual assumption of leadership responsibility at the department level

Requirements

• Completed training in gardening and landscaping
• Several years of experience in horticultural construction
• Experience in independent site and project management is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking and desire for leadership tasks
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• Construction machinery operator certificates
• Driver's license category B with trailer is an advantage
• Responsible, structured, motivated to build something
