Gardener with Ambition – Your Path to Site Manager / Project Leader m/f/d | 80% - 100% | GLB Oberaargau You are a gardener by passion and like to get stuck in? If you want not only to work but also to think along and take responsibility, then we have exactly the right place for you. Together we realise strong projects and develop you step by step.

What you will do

• You bring your experience in garden and landscape construction, ensure the highest execution quality and support our team as well as our apprentices in everyday work. Depending on your strengths, you will also be involved in project planning, customer advice and organisation:
• Support in project supervision and site organisation
• Collaboration in planning and deployment of personnel, machines, materials and equipment
• Preparation of measurements, reports and participation in billing as well as cost control
• Customer advice on site as well as support with quotations and acquisition
• Contact person for team, customers, architects and suppliers
• Active participation in your professional and personal development

Your skills and strengths

• You have completed training as a gardener EFZ (garden and landscape construction), ideally have already gained experience as a foreman and want to develop professionally? Perfect! With us you get the opportunity to take responsibility and gradually grow into a leadership role:

• Good IT user skills
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Driving licence category B
