Position Info

In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading and managing all engineering activities across the supply chain facilities. You will provide technical guidance to operations, maintain engineering policies, procedures, and maintenance management systems, oversee projects, and drive productivity improvements through automation and process optimisation. Expert knowledge of the OHS Act and engineering compliance, along with strong negotiation, communication, and people management skills, is essential.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should be a young, dynamic Engineer with a fresh GCC: Factories qualification, along with a relevant tertiary Engineering qualification and 3-5 years’ experience in FMCG or Manufacturing.
