Responsibilities

• Leading and managing all engineering activities across the supply chain facilities.
• Provide technical guidance to operations.
• Maintain engineering policies, procedures, and maintenance management systems.
• Oversee projects.
• Drive productivity improvements through automation and process optimisation.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of the OHS Act and engineering compliance.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and people management skills.
• Young, dynamic Engineer with a fresh GCC: Factories qualification.
• Relevant tertiary Engineering qualification.
• 3-5 years’ experience in FMCG or Manufacturing.
