Senior Project Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the strategic build-out of our offshore Global Capability Center (GCC). This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive end-to-end project delivery, partner with global stakeholders, and ensure operational excellence across borders.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute project plans for GCC setup and transitions
• Take steps to ensure minimal disruption during project transition to GCC
• Prioritize tasks during overlapping transition schedules
• Define success metrics for GCC transition
• Identify and mitigate risks, and navigate difficult stakeholders and vendors
• Establish contingency plans
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources
• Collaborate with leadership and offshore partners
• Oversee infrastructure, technology, and compliance readiness
• Track KPIs and report progress to executives

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of project management experience
• Proven success in global or offshore operations
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• PMP or Agile certification preferred
• Experience with Global Capability Center transitions
