Key Responsibilities

• Use Case Identification: Identifying areas where GenAI and LLMs can improve business processes (e.g., chatbot implementation, automated reporting).
• Requirements & Documentation: Translating stakeholder requirements into detailed functional specs and using AI to draft user stories, process maps, and technical documentation.
• Prompt Engineering: Designing and refining prompts to ensure accurate and relevant AI outputs.
• Model Validation: Collaborating with technical teams to test, validate, and fine-tune AI models, focusing on minimizing hallucinations and bias.
• Data Analysis & Visualization: Utilizing tools like Tableau, Power BI, or SQL to analyze structured/unstructured data for insights.

Required Skills & Experience

• Background: 3-7 years experience in business analysis, data analytics, or AI projects.
• AI/Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python (Pandas, LangChain, TensorFlow) and experience with SQL for data manipulation.
• GenAI Knowledge: Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, and vector databases.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex AI technical jargon into business language
