Gen AI Engineer (Python | RAG | Agentic AI | LLMs)

Job Description

We are looking for a Gen AI Engineer with strong experience in building intelligent systems using modern AI frameworks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI systems, along with solid design and development skills.

Required Skills

• Strong programming experience in Python
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI / AI Agents
• Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience in designing scalable AI/ML solutions
• Good problem-solving and system design skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
• Exposure to vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.)
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning
• Experience working in enterprise environments

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Gen AI solutions using LLMs
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines and AI agents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI use cases
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems
• Stay updated with latest advancements in Generative AI
