GenAI Platform & Agentic AI Technical Lead (2 Positions)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Platform & Agentic AI Technical Lead (10+ years) to design, build, and scale a modern, enterprise‑grade AI platform with a strong emphasis on portability, openness, and rapid execution.

Primary Responsibilities

• Architect and implement a GenAI platform using Databricks and/or Apache‑based open‑source solutions
• Design and deploy agentic AI systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, DeepAgents, AgentSkills, and MCP
• Enable agent memory, orchestration, and tool execution (e.g., LangMem exposed via MCP)
• Establish end‑to‑end MLOps and AgentOps practices including CI/CD, evaluations (Phoenix/Arize‑style), and observability
• Implement AI observability and debugging using tools such as LangSmith and Langfuse
• Build repeatable cloud‑native infrastructure using Kubernetes (GKE and AKS) and Infrastructure as Code
• Design secure and extensible API management using platforms such as Kong, with extensibility toward MCP
• Contribute to strengthening an immature data platform into a deliberate, ML‑ready foundation on Databricks

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience building GenAI, ML, or AI platforms in enterprise environments
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Databricks and Apache/open‑source ML ecosystems
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes‑based platforms (GKE, AKS) and cloud migrations
• Hands‑on experience with agentic AI concepts such as planning, tool use, memory, and evaluations
• Strong engineering discipline around Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and repeatable environments
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or evolving environments and drive clarity
