YOUR ROLE

• GenAI Strategy for Software Development: You combine an agile mindset with generative AI methods. Specifically, you advise our clients on how to make their software development processes sustainably more efficient with AI and measurably increase quality.
• Analyze Toolchain & Platforms: You analyze existing tool landscapes and recommend suitable GenAI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, ChatOps, MCP integrations) including architecture blueprints.
• Processes & Governance: You define guidelines, guardrails, and role models with our clients to ensure AI usage remains secure, compliant, and auditable.
• Shape the Change: You design introduction programs, training, and coaching formats so that teams truly use GenAI in their daily work – not just on slides.
• Hands-on Engineering: You are willing to contribute to development – from PoCs to reference implementations in the standard stack (e.g., Java/Spring Boot, TypeScript/React/Angular/Vue).
• Client Relationships & Thought Leadership: You support relevant stakeholders, moderate workshops, and contribute your experience to technical conferences, communities, and internal formats.

YOUR PROFILE

• AI-native Mindset: You use AI tools in your daily life, understand their strengths and limitations, and can translate this into clean, secure engineering approaches.
• Background in Engineering & Architecture: Several years of experience in software development and software architecture, ideally in backend (e.g., with Java, Spring Boot/Quarkus), frontend (e.g., with TypeScript/React/Angular/Vue), or fullstack, and a degree in an IT-related field.
• Consulting and Communication Skills: You find it easy to explain complex technical contexts understandably to different stakeholders (development, management, compliance).
• Process and Method Competence: Experience with modern software development processes (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD) and their optimization – ideally already with AI support.
• Compliance & Security Awareness: Understanding of data protection, IP/licensing issues, and security requirements in the context of GenAI in companies.
• Hands-on: You combine conceptual strength with a willingness to implement, work closely with our engineering and client teams, and take responsibility.
• Language Skills: Very good German and good English skills.
