GenAI Technical Solution Architect

Role Overview

Build and scale AI-powered solutions across Sales BPR by assembling workflows using enterprise tools, APIs, MCPs, and AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and prototype AI workflows using enterprise tools, APIs, and MCPs
• Develop scripts, automations, and integration code
• Evaluate AI use cases and new tools; decide build vs. IS&T escalation
• Convert solutions into reusable tools and integrate with BPR/Sales systems
• Ensure reliability and stay current with enterprise AI landscape

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical roles (solutions engineering, integration, consulting)
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript
• Hands-on with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude), APIs, and AI workflows
• Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations
• Strong communication, prototyping mindset, and self-driven

Preferred

• Enterprise tool ecosystem experience
• SQL, DuckDB, pandas
• Sales Ops / CRM background
