General Accountant – Fluent English Required

Following CTI's acquisition by a major global licensing group, we are entering a new and exciting phase of our development. You will be joining the team at a pivotal moment, with a key role to play in our transformation. A system based approached and aquaintance fo automation will be appreciated.

Please note: this position requires fluent English (written and spoken), as you will work closely with the international group's teams. Applications that do not demonstrate a strong command of English will not be considered.

Your Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Cash receipts reconciliation and customer receivables follow-up
• Customer payment tracking and dunning (amicable reminders)
• Credit notes and dispute management - Documentary credit (L/C) monitoring
• Factoring management

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Supplier invoice processing and verification
• Payment scheduling and supplier wire transfer management
• Expense report processing
• Late payment regulation compliance (LME)

General Accounting

• Bank reconciliations
• Fixed asset management (additions, disposals, depreciation)
• Month-end and year-end closing operations
• Support to the CFO during the annual close
• Tax filings: VAT returns and annual tax package (liasse fiscale)

Reporting & Administration

• Excel-based reporting from ERP data
• Payroll data imports into the ERP
• Document filing and archiving
• General administrative accounting tasks

ERP Migration Project (cross-functional)

As part of the integration into the international group, you will actively contribute to the ERP migration project: requirements gathering, testing, data migration, and end-user support.

Your Profile

• Degree in accounting or finance (Bachelor's level minimum: DCG, Licence CCA, or equivalent)
• At least 3 years of experience in a general accounting or polyvalent AP/AR role
• Fluent English is mandatory – you will interact regularly with international stakeholders in both written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or similar is a plus)
• Rigorous, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable with change and eager to be part of a transformation project

• Salary: from €38,000 gross/year, depending on experience
