General Accountant Manager (f/m/x)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Based in France, we offer you the opportunity to join a professional and dynamic team, and to face the challenge of our growth together. • Among the Finance department and as a General Accountant Manager for France, you will be part of the "General Accounting" team that is in charge of: TASKS & MISSIONS

• Elaborate monthly closings & reportings to the consolidation department. • Reconciliation of accounts on a monthly basis and coordination of the audits. • Manage Payroll postings and reconciliation. • VAT calculations and declarations. • Coordination with tax departments (IS, VAT, Intrastat...). • Coordination with other departments about the E-invoicing reform implementation. • Handle the fixed assets part. • Recording the I/C invoices and preparing Reporting Packages for Consolidation purpose. • Monthly reconcile the BS accounts of all Cies. • Follow up on BS accounts and ensure with other areas collaboration the accuracy of accounting • documents and procedures. • Coordination with the HR department about the implementation of a new payroll tool. MUST HAVE skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or economics. • At least 6 years of experience in a similar role. • Advanced knowledge of S/4HANA or SAP - mandatory. • You have a very good knowledge of Excel (Google sheets is a plus). • Professional Fluent is a must (Fluent is a plus). • Ability to work proactively, strong team-working skills with ability to work independently. • Ability to adapt him/herself to work in a fast-paced environment
