Position Description

You will serve as a GENERAL BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY SPECIALIST in the EXECUTION ANALYSIS & SUPT DIV, COST & SCHEDULE ANALYSIS DEPT of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will direct and lead the day-to-day operations of the cost analysis team, balancing resource requirements, and prioritizing tasks to execute scheduled project deliverables.
• You will serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders, collaborating with them to clearly define the purpose, scope, schedule, and technical requirements of all requested cost and schedule analyses.
• You will review all analytical products generated by your team and coordinate the internal approval process to ensure strict adherence to established quality standards and cost analysis principles.
• You will present and defend comprehensive cost estimates, schedule analyses, and risk assessments to project managers and senior leadership to drive informed decision-making.
• You will provide technical mentorship, training, and continuous direction to team members to build their proficiency in advanced cost estimating and financial management concepts.
• You will develop detailed action plans and coordinate directly with cross-functional technical experts to ensure that programmatic variables are seamlessly integrated into final schedule and cost products.
