Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for assigned properties
- Develop comprehensive monthly financial packages
- Communicate budget variances effectively
- Attend client meetings to present financial information
- Assist in annual budget preparation promptly
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum of 5 years' property management accounting experience
- Preferred: CPA certification or MBA
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Familiarity with accounting software like Yardi
