Job Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in hospitality or management is beneficial for this lodge management couple role.
• Minimum 5 years lodge management experience OR 2–3 years general management experience in luxury hospitality environments (essential).
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage lodge budgets, costs, and reporting effectively.
• Proven track record with contactable references within hospitality and lodge management roles.
• Management couple must be respectful of local cultures and work well with diverse lodge staff teams.
• Strong all-rounder skills across FOH, F&B, maintenance, finances, HR, and overall lodge operations.
• Guest-focused hospitality approach with hosting responsibilities as a management couple.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced lodge environment.
• Excellent people skills including patience, tolerance, and care in hospitality leadership.
• Flexible management approach to shifts and evolving lodge operational requirements.
• Proven ability to manage costs and implement control measures across hospitality departments.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop lodge teams effectively.

Package

• Salary: R 70 000 – R 80 000 per month depending on hospitality and lodge management experience.
• Live-in accommodation provided (2-bedroom house, child-friendly).
