The Opportunity

As General Manager of the Engineering Division, you will take full ownership of a critical part of the business — with the mandate to elevate performance, strengthen culture, and drive sustainable growth.

This role sits at the intersection of:

• Commercial performance
• People leadership

You will lead a multi‑disciplinary team across engineering, production, sales, and customer service — ensuring the division operates as a high‑performing, aligned, and accountable unit.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Full leadership of the Engineering Division across operations, sales, customer service, and financial performance
• End‑to‑end P&L ownership, with a focus on margin, efficiency, and long‑term growth
• Building and leading a high‑performing leadership team across engineering and production
• Embedding a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and pride in workmanship
• Aligning engineering capability with customer outcomes and commercial strategy
• Driving operational excellence across project delivery, scheduling, and cost control
• Strengthening existing client relationships while identifying new market opportunities
• Partnering with the executive team to shape and execute division strategy and future direction

This is a visible, hands‑on leadership role — you will be on the floor, in conversations, and in the detail when it matters.
