The Opportunity

As General Manager of the Engineering Division, you will take full ownership of a critical part of the business — with the mandate to elevate performance, strengthen culture, and drive sustainable growth.

This role sits at the intersection of:

You will lead a multi‑disciplinary team across engineering, production, sales, and customer service — ensuring the division operates as a high‑performing, aligned, and accountable unit.
