About the role

Introduction

Immediate position available for an experienced professional to establish a new recruitment company, based in Bedfordview, however we anticipate opening multiple branches nationally.

Duties

  • Devise and execute a market penetration strategy.
  • Prepare budgets, manage costs, sales and overall business performance.
  • Appoint and manage sales executives and back-office support staff; we anticipate that the GM will initially generate 25% of new business.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • End-to-end management of the division.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Innovation.
  • Relevant industry knowledge, sales and management experience is essential.
  • A proven track record is required as is a valid driver’s licence.
  • Ability to overcome obstacles – “we will find a way to achieve” attitude.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Above average Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook ability.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and oral.
  • Experience as a 360-agency recruiter and related systems.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel.

Package & Remuneration

The position is negotiable dependent on experience.

A company vehicle and fuel card shall be provided.
