General Manager – Residential Projects - Urgently needed

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
• Must have 10+ years of experience in construction/project management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Must have strong multidisciplinary experience across structural works, cost management, and finishing.
• Must have experience in residential projects.
• Must have strong exposure to concrete works, steel structures, high-end finishing works, and industrial-style architectural finishes.
• Must have a strong understanding of structural systems and construction methodologies.
• Must have expertise in finishing works and detailing.
• Must have cost control and contract management experience.
• Must be able to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Must be familiar with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project and Primavera.
