Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.
  • Drive revenue generation and ensure achievement of sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and marketing team to deliver high performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, real estate agents, and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee branding, advertising, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns for all projects.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Develop pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and customer acquisition plans.
  • Coordinate property launches, exhibitions, site inspections, and client engagement activities.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare periodic reports for executive management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and effective handling of client inquiries and complaints.
  • Collaborate with project development and finance teams to align sales objectives with project timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and real estate best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, real estate, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree or professional certification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 8–13 years’ experience in sales and marketing within the real estate industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of real estate development, property sales, and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
