Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, Azure AI Foundry, and Databricks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and governing scalable AI/ML and GenAI solutions, with a focus on orchestration, model lifecycle management, and enterprise-grade deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Generative AI (GenAI) solutions using Azure AI services and modern LLM frameworks
• Build, deploy, and manage AI/ML pipelines using Databricks
• Implement end-to-end model deployment, including CI/CD, monitoring, and optimization
• Work with Azure AI Foundry for model development, experimentation, and orchestration
• Develop scalable data pipelines and integrate with enterprise data platforms
• Establish AI governance frameworks, including model versioning, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices
• Implement orchestration workflows using tools like Azure ML pipelines, Databricks workflows, or similar
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Architects, and Business stakeholders
• Optimize model performance, cost, and scalability in cloud environments

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Generative AI / LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry / Azure Machine Learning
• Expertise in Databricks (Delta Lake, Spark, MLflow)
• Experience in model deployment and MLOps practices
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar)
• Experience with API development and integration
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for ML (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts
