🧠 Experience: 2–4 years (Mandatory: hands-on agentic AI)

🎯 Role Overview

We are building a next-generation AI system that makes real-time decisions and generates context-aware communication at scale. You will work on designing and deploying agentic systems that can:

• Interpret user context • Make decisions • Generate structured outputs

This role focuses on production-grade AI systems, not basic chatbots.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy agentic workflows using frameworks like LangGraph / LangChain (or similar) • Integrate LLMs into real-time systems

Design

• multi-step reasoning workflows • context and memory handling • structured output pipelines • Work with both structured and behavioral data

Optimize for

• accuracy • latency • consistency

Build evaluation systems for output quality and reliability

🧠 Must-Have Skills

Hands-on experience with:

agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, etc.)

Strong experience with

OpenAI / Claude APIs

Understanding of

tool calling / function execution multi-step reasoning systems embeddings / vector search

Strong Python skills

Only worked on prompt engineering

Only built basic chatbot flows

No experience deploying AI systems
