Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and innovative individual specializing in Generative AI to enhance the analytics backend of flagship products and drive intelligent knowledge discovery solutions. If you enjoy solving complex problems and building AI solutions at scale, this role is for you!

✅ Required Skills • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Master’s in Statistics/Economics/OR (or related fields) • 7–10 years in Analytics/Data Science/Software Development • Strong Python programming expertise • Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools & techniques • Semantic Graph concepts & Knowledge Graph experience • ETL, data cleaning, imputation & outlier handling • Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) with AI/ML services • Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in production • Agentic application architectures & frameworks • AI-driven automation & intelligent product enhancements • Knowledge base creation, context engineering & MCP tools integration • Strong stakeholder communication skills

⭐ Desirable Skills • NLP & advanced GenAI techniques • Prompt Engineering • RAG, Corrective RAG & Knowledge Graph-based RAG (GPT-4o) • LORA/QLORA fine-tuning • Multi-agent frameworks • Rerankers for RAG optimization • Evaluation frameworks (G-Eval, etc.) • Deep Learning, ML techniques (Ensemble, SVM, NLP) • Scalability, performance & reliability of distributed data pipelines
