Generative AI Engineer - Enterprise Copilots & Automation (m/f/n)

Design and build Generative AI solutions that improve productivity and automate knowledge-driven workflows. You will develop AI assistants and intelligent automation solutions that integrate with enterprise systems and internal knowledge sources.
Your tasks
• Identify opportunities to apply Generative AI and large language models (LLMs) to business and IT processes • Design and build AI assistants and automation solutions for internal teams • Develop RAG-based knowledge systems using enterprise documentation and data sources • Integrate LLMs and AI services into enterprise applications and workflows • Build AI-driven automation pipelines combining language models, APIs, and workflow platforms • Prototype and evaluate emerging GenAI technologies • Ensure solutions follow security, governance, and responsible AI principles
Your profile
• Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field • Good software engineering and programming skills, preferably in Python • Experience building applications powered by large language models (LLMs) such as assistants or knowledge systems • Understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector search • Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, enterprise systems, or automation platforms • Familiarity with GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel or similar) • Solid software engineering practices (version control, testing, CI/CD) • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into AI solutions • Excellent English communication skills; German and/or French is an advantage
