Generative AI Engineer - LLM/Agentic AI

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Generative AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing and deploying cutting‑edge AI solutions, primarily focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI systems. You will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to translate business requirements into innovative AI‑powered applications. Your work will directly impact our users by enhancing their experiences through intelligent automation, personalized content generation, and improved decision‑making capabilities, ultimately driving significant business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and robust Generative AI solutions using LLMs for various applications, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
• Architect and implement Agentic AI systems that can autonomously perform tasks and achieve specific goals, improving operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Train, fine‑tune, and evaluate LLMs using large datasets to optimize their performance for specific tasks, enhancing the quality and relevance of generated content.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate Generative AI models into existing products and services, creating seamless and intelligent user experiences.
• Research and implement the latest advancements in Generative AI and Agentic AI to continuously improve our AI capabilities and stay ahead of the curve.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI models, APIs, and deployment processes, ensuring knowledge sharing and maintainability.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of deployed AI models, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary optimizations to ensure optimal performance.

Required Skillset

• Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Proven expertise in Machine Learning techniques, including model training, evaluation, and optimization.
• Strong proficiency in Python and related libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers) for developing and deploying AI models.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and adapt to rapidly evolving technologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote work with on‑site collaboration as needed.
