We are looking for a Generative AI Solutions Engineer who possesses the necessary expertise and problem-solving skills to recognize and develop innovative AI applications that address mission-critical challenges for our clients. You will excel in the essential components for AI adoption, including rapid application prototyping, retrieval-augmented generation (R.A.G), prompt engineering, large language model deployment, and assessing GenAI use cases. Your collaboration will be key alongside a talented group of GenAI leaders, software engineers, data scientists, solutions architects, and product owners, as we deliver revolutionary solutions that redefine operational paradigms for our clients.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and create innovative GenAI applications tailored to client requirements and data specifics.
• Apply knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks and determine their appropriate utilization.
• Develop and launch generative AI models utilizing platforms such as Amazon Kendra, Google Vertex AI, and AWS Bedrock.
• Effectively implement large language models and transformer models for sophisticated AI solutions.
• Integrate AI solutions with cloud-based services such as Google Cloud Document AI and Google Cloud Generative AI Language Models.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and a drive for continuous learning and experimentation to spur AI innovations applicable across organizational domains.

Qualifications:

• Experience with contemporary generative AI technologies, including large language models and transformer architectures.
• Proficient in AI platforms (e.g., Amazon Kendra, Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock).
• Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Google Document AI, Gemini, Generative AI Language Models).
• Experience in building retrieval-augmented generation systems with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Proficient in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, Go) to create generative AI applications.
• Must be a US Citizen (No Dual Citizenship).

Preferred Qualifications:

• In-depth understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
• Experience in fine-tuning large language models and LLMOps.
• Aptitude for crafting and validating AI prompts.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA AI foundations and OpenAI technologies like ChatGPT.
• Experience with AI-assisted development platforms.
• Background in implementing AI agents for API integration, enhancing access to external data and services.
• Use of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes in deployment practices.
• Strong scripting skills in Linux Bash, PowerShell, or similar automation tools.

As dictated by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides competitive compensation for roles based on labor costs in certain states. The pay range for this position is $98,500 - $184,900 USD, with variations based on location, role, and experience level. We offer a wide array of benefits to support our talented workforce.
