For the Innovation & Development Team, we are looking for a figure who supports the adoption of generative Artificial Intelligence in business processes, designing prompts and workflows useful for improving productivity, output quality, and decision support. The role combines technical skills, the ability to translate the needs of internal functions into concrete solutions, and attention to the dissemination of good usage practices.

Responsibilities

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Designing, testing, and optimizing prompts, automations, and templates for generative AI models, based on different business use cases;
• Gathering the needs of internal functions, analyzing them, and translating them into concrete workflows to simplify tasks and decisions;
• Experimenting and documenting prompting methods to obtain clear, coherent, and reusable outputs and proposing new models and tools useful for the business;
• Collaborating with IT/Data/Innovation teams to integrate generative AI tools into existing platforms and processes;
• Supporting the identification and prioritization of use cases, analyzing results and benefits (e.g., time saved, output quality, error reduction);
• Contributing to the definition of guidelines for safe and responsible AI use, in line with company policies, regulations, and the AI Act;
• Providing operational training and support to colleagues (workshops, micro-training, practical materials, one-to-one).

Qualifications

You will make a difference if you:

• Have a degree with a focus on AI-related topics or have gained experience in digital innovation, AI, or data-driven projects;
• Possess good familiarity with generative AI tools and an interest in deepening their use in business contexts.

Full time, Monday to Friday

CCNL Commercio, initial fixed-term contract with the aim of permanent employment.
