About

We are looking for experienced Genesys Cloud CX Developers for one of our banking clients. The ideal candidates should have strong hands-on expertise in Genesys Cloud CX development, integrations, and AI-driven contact center solutions. This is a fully onsite role based in Phoenix, Arizona.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and enhance custom applications and services for Genesys Cloud CX
  • Build and integrate AI-driven capabilities within the contact center ecosystem
  • Develop scalable and secure APIs and integrations
  • Manage the complete software development lifecycle including deployment through CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality customer engagement solutions
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing Genesys Cloud implementations

Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX
  • Expertise in:
    • Routing
    • Email integrations
    • Web Surveys
    • Sentiment Analysis
    • Genesys APIs
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Experience with frontend technologies such as React
  • Experience with backend platforms like Node.js or Python
  • Familiarity with AWS Cloud Services
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in banking or financial services environments
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native application development
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced onsite environment
