We're looking for an intermediate to senior Geotechnical Engineer passionate about technical excellence and mentorship. This position requires commitment to project delivery, including managing geotechnical investigations and analyses, and conducting field inspections across various sectors, from power to residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage small to mid-sized geotechnical projects
• Conduct field inspections and monitoring
• Collaborate with teams regionally and nationally
• Support junior staff development through mentorship
• Facilitate construction monitoring and assessments

Requirements

• 8+ years in geotechnical engineering
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• P.Eng. or eligible for registration
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Access to a vehicle and valid Canadian driver’s license
