In this role, you will serve as a strategic sales partner to German businesses, guiding them in improving their digital advertising performance. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth, meeting sales objectives, and helping expand the client portfolio across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute tailored digital advertising strategies to support client goals.
  • Deliver data-backed insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance and ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through phone, video, and email communication.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German (minimum C1) and good command of English.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience (6–12 months) in digital advertising, PPC, or sales is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, and digital technologies.
  • Authorized to work in Spain

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive annual salary ranging from €24,310 to €30,000 (depending on experience).
  • Performance-based sales bonus of up to €3,000–€4,290 per year.

  • Full-time, permanent contract (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday).
