You’ll join an international organisation specialising in digital infrastructure and connectivity projects across Europe. Working behind the scenes of mobile networks, telecom expansion, and EV charging initiatives, the business partners with major global clients to deliver long-term commercial agreements that support the future of connectivity.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own commercial negotiations from start to finish
- Engage directly with German-speaking property owners and stakeholders by phone and email
- Negotiate leasing agreements and guide discussions through to contract signature
- Build trust and long-term relationships through professional communication and consultative conversations
- Research & prepare for successful negotiations
- Review contracts, databases, and internal systems to prepare for landlord conversations
- Gather insights and information to support effective negotiation outcomes
- Create tailored proposal packs and communication materials
- Keep projects moving
- Maintain accurate CRM and internal records
- Coordinate updates and documentation to ensure a smooth end-to-end process
- Work independently while collaborating closely with an international team
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent German (C1+ level) — spoken and written
- Comfortable communicating in English in an international workplace
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with an interest in sales, negotiation, or account management
- Self-motivated, organised, and confident working independently
- Previous sales, customer-facing, negotiation, or account management experience is beneficial — but not essential for ambitious candidates with the right mindset
