We are looking for a Total Project Manager for New Construction Projects (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for complex new construction projects in building construction with a contract volume of around CHF 15–25 million.
• Management of projects from execution planning to handover
• Ensuring target achievement regarding quality, deadlines, costs, and contracts
• Steering and coordination of all internal and external project participants (planners, contractors, authorities)
• Active risk management and decision-making at the overall project level
• Application and further development of digital planning and construction processes (esp. BIM)
• Reporting to management and participation in strategic project decisions

Qualifications

• Training as an architect (FH/HTL), civil engineer (FH), federally certified construction manager, or comparable qualification
• Proven experience as a total project manager for new construction projects of medium to large volume
• Very good understanding of general contractor/total contractor structures, contract management, and cost control
• Routine in leading interdisciplinary project teams
• Digital affinity, especially in dealing with BIM methods and modern project management tools
• Structured, responsible, and assertive personality
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and high solution orientation
