Responsibilities
In the context of significant industrial projects, we are recruiting for Configuration Management roles to take on the following missions:
- Pilot configuration management on one or more projects, in coordination with stakeholders (Project Managers, Engineering Delivery Managers, Work Package Managers, etc.)
- Define and implement the configuration management plan
- Specify and monitor configuration management requirements with subcontractors and suppliers
- Identify and structure configuration items (CI) and breakdown structures
- Organize and lead Configuration Control Boards (CCB), as well as monitor associated actions
- Manage baselines (FBL, ABL, PBL) and monitor configuration status
- Participate in project reviews (SFR, PDR, CDR...)
Qualifications
With a background in documentary/mechanical engineering, you have solid experience in Configuration Management in an industrial environment, ideally in nuclear or aeronautics. Furthermore, you demonstrate the following qualities:
- Mastery of configuration management processes and tools, particularly in a PLM environment
- Good knowledge of operational processes: Bid & Projects, Engineering, Production, Services
- Understanding of complex systems (system, hardware, and software integration)
- Ability to evolve in environments undergoing transformation and change management
- Knowledge of Lean Management methods and Agile principles
- Good command of hardware and software configuration management tools and practices
