Our products integrate Cisco Contact Center platforms with leading CRM systems like Salesforce, enabling powerful and reliable customer interactions at scale.
Our engineering teams rely on stable, secure, and highly automated development and delivery processes. To strengthen our DevSecOps capabilities, we are looking for a GitLab Platform Engineer with solid practical experience in GitLab, CI/CD, and cloud-native tools.
You will work closely with experienced architects and DevOps engineers, contributing to a stable, secure, and well-automated development environment used by multiple product teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimization of CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes
- Participation in the implementation and maintenance of access controls, security standards, and governance policies
- Contribution to the operation and continuous improvement of our GitLab platform
- Working with Terraform to provision and maintain infrastructure components
- Monitoring and optimization of GitLab Runners and the underlying infrastructure
- Contribution to internal DevSecOps standards and documentation
- Close collaboration with software development, QA, architecture, and security teams
- Gradual assumption of responsibility for selected components and topics, with support from Senior Engineers
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of professional experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering
- Hands-on experience in GitLab administration and with GitLab CI/CD
- Solid knowledge in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Experience with containers (Docker/OCI)
- Hands-on experience in implementing DevSecOps practices
- Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, further AWS certifications are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
- Fluent English; German language skills are a plus
- You work in a structured and reliable manner and enjoy improving shared platforms used by many teams
