Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analysis of financial transaction records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage month‑end close processes, including reconciliation of balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets, for management and client reference.
  • Analyze accounting variances and develop detailed variance explanation reports.
  • Review financial documents to ensure compliance with accounting standards and principles.
  • Create and post month‑end journal entries, addressing discrepancies and reconciling accounts within the general ledger.
  • Perform variance analysis to compare actual results against budgets and resolve identified discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with team members on ad hoc financial projects and reporting needs.
  • Ensure adherence to established accounting procedures and provide recommendations for process improvements.
