Global Analyst – Pricing & Product Systems

A globally aligned organisation within the construction and forestry sector is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Global Analyst – Pricing & Product Systems to join their Marketing and Sales function. This role offers the opportunity to work across international markets, supporting global pricing systems, strategies, and product positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain global list pricing within established pricing systems
• Analyse and recommend pricing for product options, attachments, and accessories to optimise profitability and competitiveness
• Collaborate with global teams to develop and implement pricing strategies for new and existing products
• Evaluate in-market pricing performance against market share, margin, and profitability targets
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of pricing data in line with audit requirements
• Support pricing-related queries from internal stakeholders and dealer networks
• Analyse product, market, and competitive data to develop pricing plans aligned with target pricing processes
• Present pricing recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership
• Provide support and backup for regional pricing activities across Africa, Australia/New Zealand, and other global markets

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• High level of systems literacy and ability to work with pricing tools and data systems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences
• Ability to collaborate effectively within global, cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority

• Experience in pricing, product systems, or commercial analysis
• Exposure to construction, forestry, or related industries
• Understanding of financial and business performance metrics
• Project management experience
• Familiarity with product development or pricing processes
