ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a global leader in non-invasive diagnostic solutions, recognized for innovation and clinical excellence. To support its continued growth, we are looking for a Global Digital Marketing Manager based in Paris.
YOUR MISSION
The Global Digital Marketing Manager will manage the development and execution of digital marketing strategies with a 60% focus on the U.S. market and 40% on other regions globally. This role will collaborate closely with Marcom, commercial, medical, and US marketing to ensure consistent and impactful campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness worldwide.
Your main responsabilities :
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across search paid (SEA), social media (SMA), emails, webinars and other channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, commercial and medical teams to produce educational and promotional content for digital channels.
- Optimize digital channels for lead generation, conversion, and engagement.
- Enrich and clean the opt-in database.
- Collaborate closely with the Website Manager to optimize lead generation and conversion.
- Implement Pardot automatic engagement campaigns in collaboration with the Lead Automation Manager.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and KPI across regions.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and corporate guidelines
YOUR PROFILE
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree / Master in digital marketing and communications.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with different geographies and different time zones.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience of lead generation, marketing automation and analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot or similar platform, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Power BI…).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and wordpress.
- Experience in using AI in marketing.
- Proven ability to develop and execute digital campaigns that generate measurable business results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
