Job Description
- Responsible for leading end user prescription activities and enabling the winning strategy in coordination with Sales Heads, Demo and Tender engineers.
- Translate customers’ needs into a customers’ roadmap in a holistic manner (solution requirements, implementation strategies, integration, phases, etc.)
- Do live demos or use prepared demo resources (videos or any other material) to better explain use cases/functionality to customers
- Develop professional relationships with customers where TRUST is at the center
- Support regional teams with strong potential to lead End to End Sales process
- Primary KPI: Order Intake
- Secondary KPI: Opportunity Prescription
Knowledge
- Good knowledge of ArcGIS
- Good knowledge of ArcFM solution
- Understanding of the application of GIS to electric utilities
- Full understanding of winning strategies and prescription for opportunities across the globe
- Professional presentation skills
- Full professional proficiency in English (ideally also full professional proficiency in Spanish)
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in ArcGIS and ArcGIS Pro project execution, sales and/or solution design
- Minimum 3 years in ArcFM solution project execution, sales and/or solution design
- MSc in Computer Science / Engineering and/or MSc in Geographical Information Systems
- Passion attitude
